The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 114B(1), (2), (5) and (7)(c) of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 19841.
1 Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent¶

The Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (Application to Labour Abuse Prevention Officers) Regulations 20172 are revoked.3 Application of PACE¶

Until section 20(2) of the Policing and Crime Act 201724 comes into force, regulation 4(l) is to be read as if for “section 21(1) to (9)” there were substituted “section 21”.Schedule ¶
