The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 19(1) of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (“the 2023 Act”)1.
The Secretary of State is a relevant national authority for the purposes of section 19(1) of the 2023 Act2.
