The National Security Act 2023 (Consequential Amendments of Primary Legislation) Regulations 2023

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 95 of the National Security Act 20231.
In accordance with section 96(5) and (6)(e) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
