The Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2020 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2023

The Archbishops of Canterbury and York, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2020¹, make the following Order:

1 Citation¶

This Order may be cited as the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2020 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2023.

2 Commencement¶

Section 8 of the Church of England (Miscellaneous Provisions) Measure 2020 (parochial registers) comes into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
