1These Regulations may be cited as the Armed Forces Act 2021 (Commencement No. 7) Regulations 2023.2In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Armed Forces Act 2021.3These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the British overseas territories (except Gibraltar).
Sections 4 (summary hearings: power to rectify mistakes etc), 5 (the Summary Appeal Court: power to rectify mistakes), 6 (the Service Civilian Court: power to rectify mistakes) and 7 (concurrent jurisdiction) of the Act come into force on 13th November 2023, in so far as they are not already in force.
3 Commencement of section 14 (deprivation orders) of the Act

Section 14 (deprivation orders) of the Act comes into force on 22nd November 2023, in so far as it is not already in force.
4 Commencement of section 17 (removal of requirement to take into account offences in member states) of the Act

Section 17 (removal of requirement to take into account offences in member states) of the Act comes into force on 13th November 2023.
