The Mental Health Units (Use of Force) Act 2018 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2022

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred by section 17(3) of the Mental Health Units (Use of Force) Act 2018¹, makes the following Regulations.

1 Citation¶

These Regulations may be cited as the Mental Health Units (Use of Force) Act 2018 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2022.

2 Provision coming into force on 18th August 2022¶

Section 12 of the Mental Health Units (Use of Force) Act 2018 (police body cameras) comes into force on 18th August 2022.
