The Lord Chancellor makes the following Regulations, in exercise of the power conferred by section 8(8) of the Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 20201.
1 Citation¶
These Regulations may be cited as the Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 2020 (Commencement) Regulations 2022.2 Commencement¶
The Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Act 2020 comes into force on 6th April 2022 in so far as it is not already in force.Footnotes
