The Approved Premises (Substance Testing) Act 2022 (Commencement) Regulations 2022

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred by section 2(2) of the Approved Premises (Substance Testing) Act 20221, makes the following Regulations.

Citation and extent

1 These Regulations may be cited as the Approved Premises (Substance Testing) Act 2022 (Commencement) Regulations 2022.
2 These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

3 Commencement of Act

The Approved Premises (Substance Testing) Act 2022 comes into force on 3rd October 2022.
