The Environmental Authorisations (Scotland) Regulations 2018 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2021

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 104, 112(1) and 113(5) of the Scotland Act 19981.
In accordance with paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of Schedule 7 to that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
1 Citation, commencement and extent¶
2 Modification of the Continental Shelf Act 1964¶
In section 7 (radioactive substances) of the Continental Shelf Act 19642—3 Modification of the Civil Jurisdiction (Offshore Activities) Order 1987¶
