1These Regulations may be cited as the Tenant Fees Act 2019 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2019.2In these Regulations “the Act” means the Tenant Fees Act 2019.
2 Provisions coming into force on 15th April 2019¶
The following provisions of the Act come into force on 15th April 2019—asection 24 (lead enforcement authority) for all remaining purposes;bsection 25 (general duties of the lead enforcement authority);csection 26 (enforcement by the lead enforcement authority) so far as it applies to the relevant letting agency legislation as defined in section 24(6) of the Act excluding paragraph (a) of that definition;dsection 29 (consequential amendments).
