The Church Representation and Ministers Measure 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019

The Archbishops of Canterbury and York, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Church Representation and Ministers Measure 20191, make the following Order:

1 Citation and interpretation

1 This Order may be cited as the Church Representation and Ministers Measure 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019.
2 In this Order “the Measure” means the Church Representation and Ministers Measure 2019.

2 Commencement on 1st January 2020

The Measure so far as not already in force comes into force on 1st January 2020.
