The Education Act 2011 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional and Savings Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2018

The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 82(3) and (7) of the Education Act 20111.

1 Citation and commencement

1 This Order may be cited as the Education Act 2011 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional and Savings Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2018.
2 This Order comes into force on 9th July 2018.

2 Revocation

Article 5 of the Education Act 2011 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional and Savings Provisions) Order 20122 is revoked.
