The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 4(1) of the Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing Act 20171.
1 Citation¶
These Regulations may be cited as the Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing Act 2017 (Commencement) Regulations 2018.2 Provision coming into force on 1st July 2018¶
Section 3 of the Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing Act 2017 comes into force on 1st July 2018.Footnotes
