The Education and Adoption Act 2016 (Commencement No. 4) Regulations 2018

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 19(2) of the Education and Adoption Act 2016¹, makes the following Regulations:

1 Citation¶

These Regulations may be cited as the Education and Adoption Act 2016 (Commencement No. 4) Regulations 2018.

2 Provisions coming into force on 7th March 2018¶

The following provisions of the Education and Adoption Act 2016 come into force on 7th March 2018:

a section 15 (local authority adoption functions: joint arrangements); and

b section 16(c) (consequential repeals).
