The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 12(1) of the Riot Compensation Act 20161:
1 Citation¶
These Regulations may be cited as the Riot Compensation Act 2016 (Commencement) Regulations 2017.2 Provisions coming into force on 6th April 2017¶
Sections 1 to 10 of, and the Schedule to, the Riot Compensation Act 2016 come into force on 6th April 2017.Footnotes
