A draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament in accordance with sections 85(13) and 149(5) of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 20121.
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 85(5) to (8), (10) and (11) and 149(1) and (2) of that Act, makes the following Regulations.
