The United Nations Personnel (Isle of Man) Order 2012

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 9(2) of the United Nations Personnel Act 19971, as applied by section 3(4) of the Geneva Conventions and United Nations Personnel (Protocols) Act 20092, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to make the following Order:
1 Citation and commencement¶
This Order may be cited as the United Nations Personnel (Isle of Man) Order 2012 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.2 Interpretation¶
In this Order “the Act” means the Geneva Conventions and United Nations Personnel (Protocols) Act 2009.3 Extension of the Act to the Isle of Man¶
Section 2 of the Act shall extend to the Isle of Man.Footnotes
