The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(2) of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims (Amendment) Act 2012¹:

1 Citation¶

This Order may be cited as the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Order 2012.

2 Commencement¶

The Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims (Amendment) Act 2012 comes into force on 2nd July 2012.
