The Bishops and Priests (Consecration and Ordination of Women) Measure 2014 (Appointed Day No. 2) Instrument 2014

The Archbishops of Canterbury and York, in exercise of the power conferred by section 4(2) of the Bishops and Priests (Consecration and Ordination of Women) Measure 2014 ^F1, make the following instrument:

1 Citation¶

1 This instrument may be cited as the Bishops and Priests (Consecration and Ordination of Women) Measure 2014 (Appointed Day No. 2) Instrument 2014.

2 In this Instrument “the Measure” means the Bishops and Priests (Consecration and Ordination of Women) Measure 2014.

2 Appointed day¶

1 All the provisions of the Measure which have not yet been commenced come into force on the day on which this Instrument is made.

2 The provisions referred to in subparagraph (1) of this paragraph are —

a subsections(2) and (3) of section 1;

b section 2;

c section 3; and

d the Schedule.
