The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 18(2) of the Bail and Release from Custody (Scotland) Act 20231 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
1 Citation and commencement¶
These Regulations may be cited as the Bail and Release from Custody (Scotland) Act 2023 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2026 and come into force on 9 February 2026.2 Appointed day¶
9 February 2026 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 13 (throughcare support) of the Bail and Release from Custody (Scotland) Act 2023.Footnotes
