The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 8(2) of the Prisoners (Early Release) (Scotland) Act 20251.
1 Citation and commencement¶
These Regulations may be cited as the Prisoners (Early Release) (Scotland) Act 2025 (Commencement) Regulations 2025 and come into force on 11 February 2025.2 Appointed day¶
11 February 2025 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the Prisoners (Early Release) (Scotland) Act 2025, so far as not already in force.Footnotes
