The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 121(2) of the Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Act 20231 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
1 Citation and commencement¶
These Regulations may be cited as the Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Act 2023 (Commencement) Regulations 2024 and come into force on 1 April 2025.2 Day appointed¶
1 April 2025 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Act 2023, so far as not already in force.Footnotes
