The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by section 79(2) of the Visitor Levy (Scotland) Act 20241.
1 Citation and commencement¶
These Regulations may be cited as the Visitor Levy (Scotland) Act 2024 (Commencement) Regulations 2024 and come into force on 20 September 2024.2 Appointed Day¶
20 September 2024 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the Visitor Levy (Scotland) Act 2024, so far as not already in force2.Footnotes
