Protection of Children (Tobacco) Act 1986
1986 c. 34An Act to amend the Children and Young Persons Act 1933, and the Children and Young Persons (Scotland) Act 1937, to make it an offence to sell any tobacco product to persons under the age of sixteen; and for connected purposes.

Be it enacted by the Queen’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1 Amendment of section 7 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933.¶
2 Amendment of section 18 of the Children and Young Persons (Scotland) Act 1937.¶
